With over a decade of operation, 245 in-house officers and a 24/7 control room staffed by real people, we deliver security that is accountable, measurable and built to last.
TMS Protection was founded in 2013
By Managing Director Tom Devine, a former Kent Police officer. What started as a Kent-based operation has grown into one of the South East’s most recognised security providers, trusted by local authorities, housing associations, retail groups and commercial property managers across the region.
Direct Employment & 24/7 Control Room
Every member of our operational team is directly employed by TMS Protection. We do not subcontract. We do not use agency staff. When we send someone to your site, they have been recruited, vetted, trained and managed by us from day one.
Each client is assigned a dedicated contract manager. You will always have a direct point of contact, not a call centre.
