Immediate Response is a pay as you go callout service available to businesses and individuals across Kent and London. It is designed for situations where a professional security presence is needed urgently and where an existing keyholding or patrol contract is not in place.

It is not a substitute for a contracted security arrangement. If your business has regular security requirements, a contracted service will always provide better value, faster response times and a more structured level of protection. But when something happens unexpectedly and you need help now, Immediate Response is there.

Immediate Response pricing is transparent and fixed. The service is available in Kent and London only.

  • You have received an alarm activation and have no keyholding arrangement in place
  • There is suspicious activity at or around your property that requires professional assessment

  • Your premises have been left insecure and you need someone to attend, inspect and secure them
  • You need a professional security assessment of your premises following an incident
Pricing

There are no hidden charges. If additional time is required beyond the initial 15 minute inspection, this is agreed with you before the operative continues. You will always know what you are being charged before any additional cost is incurred.

  • Initial callout charge: £75. This includes a 15 minute on-site inspection of your premises
  • Additional time on site: £25 per hour

Our control room contacts you to provide details of the expected arrival time of your operative based on your location and our availability at the time of booking.

A directly employed

SIA licensed TMS Protection operative is dispatched to your premises. You are kept informed of their progress by our control room.

On arrival the operative

carries out an initial external inspection of the property before entering to assess for signs of forced entry, suspicious activity or security vulnerability.

No. The Immediate Response service is currently available in Kent and London only. If you are outside these areas and have an urgent security requirement, contact us and we will advise on the most appropriate solution.

Response times depend on your location and our availability at the time of booking. Our control room will contact you following your booking to provide an expected arrival time. We aim to respond as quickly as possible given these factors.

No. Immediate Response is a pay as you go service with no requirement for an existing account or contract. Payment is taken securely at the time of booking.

The operative will not confront an intruder. Their immediate priority is their own safety and the safety of any other people at the premises. They will withdraw to a safe distance, contact police immediately and provide a full account of the situation. They will remain on site to assist police on arrival.

Immediate Response is designed for one-off situations rather than as an ongoing alternative to a keyholding contract. If you have regular alarm response requirements, a keyholding package will provide faster response times, better value and a more structured service. We recommend reviewing our keyholding packages if you find yourself needing regular out of hours cover.

Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
