TMS Protection has operated in London since the early years of the business. Our London office is based at 18 Victoria Park Square, Bethnal Green, London E2 9PF, and serves clients across the city and Greater London.
Founded in 2013 by Managing Director Tom Devine, a former Kent Police officer, we have spent more than a decade building a reputation that our clients rely on and our competitors measure themselves against.

Office
Our London office is based in Bethnal Green and handles recruitment, client enquiries and operational coordination for London-based contracts.
Of our 245 officers, a proportion are London-based and deployed across the city. All London deployments are supported by our 24/7 control room in Maidstone, which monitors activity in real time via SmartTask.
Services
Clients &
TMS Protection provides manned guarding at St James Retail Park in Dover for Legal and General. Officers are equipped with Hytera VM580D body worn cameras and provide a visible deterrent presence, de-escalation support and incident reporting.
Body worn footage from this contract was used to respond to a customer complaint, confirming that staff had acted appropriately and de-escalating reputational risk for the client. Officers reported increased confidence following camera deployment and management saw a reduction in unsubstantiated complaints.
TMS Protection also delivered educational and motivational workshops to students at Aspire Point on behalf of Legal and General, as part of our social value commitments to this client.
TMS Protection delivers a neighbourhood services out of hours noise and nuisance response service for the London Borough of Bromley. CSAS accredited officers respond to resident complaints and anti-social behaviour, conduct high visibility patrols, carry out licensing inspections and gather intelligence on noise and ASB across the borough.
Performance on this contract has exceeded targets. 72% of calls were attended within 60 minutes against a KPI target of 60%. Zero service complaints have been received. Zero calls have gone unattended.
Social
TMS Protection’s social value work extends into London through several active initiatives.
We operate a clothing donation station at a client site in Stratford, collecting garments for donation to Shelter. For the past two years we have provided free stewarding at the Walk for Home event in London, reducing the operational cost for Shelter and allowing those funds to be used elsewhere.
We delivered educational workshops to students at Aspire Point in London on behalf of Legal and General, supporting young people’s skills, confidence and career development.
We are a Living Wage employer. All London-based staff are paid at least the real Living Wage.
