Tom served as a Police Officer with Kent Police, before founding TMS Protection Ltd in 2013. Tom’s wealth of knowledge, expertise and success within the Security Industry has placed him as a valuable asset, leading to invitations to participate in Security Industry associations, including being made a Director of the Events Industry Forum (EIF) and a member of United Kingdom Crowd Management Association (UKCMA) Strategy Group.
Tom’s involvement in national organisational bodies is significantly benefiting our day-to-day operations and contributes to our ability to build resilience into our business strategy.
Tom enjoys going to the gym, Jiu Jitsu and spending time with his family.
OPERATIONS MANAGER (Kent, Sussex, Surrey)
Georgie has vast experience and knowledge in Event Planning and Operational Strategies, and in addition, holds various qualifications including, Community Policing Volunteer, First Aider Trained to First Responder Level, and Level 5 in Crowd Management.
Georgie is responsible for shift allocation and the day-to-day management of our operational staff located within Kent. Georgie works hard to create a culture of outstanding service.
In addition, Georgie is responsible for ensuring all aspects of our events are well-organised and seamlessly executed.
In her spare time, Georgie loves spending time with her son.
OPERATIONS MANAGER (London, Essex)
With a proven track record of improved operational efficiency and profitability within her previous role, Rachel joined TMS, to drive the growth of our London Office.
A pivotal role, Rachel is entrusted with the responsibility of securing new business to expand our customer base in London and to ensure the ongoing engagement of our existing customers.
In additional, Rachel is responsible for the rostering of staff located in London, and their day to day management.
HR ASSISTANT & VETTING OFFICER
Sophie plays a crucial role in ensuring that the individuals hired for positions with TMS Protection Ltd meet the necessary criteria and standards – qualified and aligned with TMS Values and Culture.
Sophie’s background as a Senior Screening Analyst allowed her to quickly improve the efficiency and comprehensiveness of our security staff vetting process. However, she has since embraced the challenge of integrating our vetting procedures into our workforce management system!
Sophie played Netball for the Medway League Kent for 8 years, and in Australia.
HEAD OF CLEANING SECTOR
Integrating Tim’s Human Resource expertise, and knowledge of the Cleaning Industry, has enabled TMS to build a strong and motivated workforce.
Tim is responsible for the successful relaunch of TMS Cleaning Ltd, bringing enhanced efficiency and substantial growth for the business. Tim’s efforts have also resulted in the successful cross-selling of services with our security customers.
Tim’s commitment to using eco-friendly cleaning products and prioritising the well-being of our cleaning staff, builds trust with clients who want a clean and safe environment.
Tim is an avid Ashford United FC fan and a huge passion for Lego!
BENITA LEE- ALLDER
HEAD OF STRATEGY
Beni’s previous roles including the delivery of projects to establish safe trading environments, and management of a business crime reduction partnership led to firsthand experience as a client of TMS.
Joining TMS, Beni bought valuable insight and understanding into the needs, challenges and frustrations a client may encounter.
Beni has played a key role in establishing a culture of continuous improvement within all sectors of TMS, enabling the company to adapt to change and maximise efficiency.
Always with family, should Beni get any spare time she enjoys crafting and revamping old furniture!
HEAD OF FINANCE
Not only has Thomas recently achieved a BSc Hons (1), Thomas is currently studying to achieve a Master of Science (MSc) in Biomedicine, along with accredited professional qualifications with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Dividing his time between study and work with TMS, Thomas is responsible for managing the financial aspects of our company, to ensure both our short-term financial stability and our long-term growth, and makes sure we can adapt to changing market conditions.
Thomas enjoys playing guitar and chess, and has a love for languages – fluent in Russian, Spanish and French!
Tia is a versatile member of TMS, who provides ad-hoc operational support and event management support, but most importantly, Tia represents TMS as our Trainer for our onsite Highfield registered Training Centre. Tia delivering security training programs to external candidates, and ongoing support and training to enhance the skills and knowledge of our security staff.
Tia provides training at both our Maidstone and London offices, to ensure all attendees receive consistent and standardised training, promoting our cohesive company culture.
Tia is a busy mum who enjoys going to the Theatre and Musicals and cherishes her time with her son.
Jess has taken a very different path from her initial education in Fashion and Contour design. A change in career to become qualified in the finance and account sector, Jess now applies her ability to focus on fine points to our financial transactions and accounts records, to ensure they are current and accurately maintained.
Jess works closely with HR and Operations to ensure that our employee hours are accurately recorded, and payroll processes run smoothly. Jess also contributes to our client contract management process.
Having spent 4 months traveling around the world, Jess and her family love going to new places and seeing their cultures.
Hermela performs a vital role in supporting our operations teams, especially in the recruitment process. Hermela plays a key role in identifying, interviewing, and onboarding new operational members of staff for our customers managed from our London Office.
In addition, where our London office is a walk-in or a public facing office, Hermela is charged with providing a welcoming environment, and dealing with individuals who want to inquire about our services or employment opportunities.

CONTROL ROOM OFFICER
CONTROL ROOM SUPERVISOR
Kirsty and Simon bring over 35 years of experience within the Security Industry, including static guarding, mobile patrols, and CSAS.
Both are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all TMS operational activities during our Out of Hours business, assisting with roster allocations and covering shifts at short notice, and undertaking Employee Welfare checks by telephone.
Kirsty and Simon are also responsible for managing and deploying our teams of mobile patrol drivers across Kent and London in response to alarm and emergency response calls.
Simon’s role, as Control Room Supervisor involves elements of supervision, and performance management, essential for maintaining our Out of Hours operational standards.
SECURITY GUARD & RECRUITMENT SUPPORT
While at our London office, Steve assists Hermela in identifying and choosing appropriate candidates for security guard interviews.
Steve’s experience as a security guard brings several benefits to our new recruit process, including a real-world perspective on candidates’ suitability, and insight into how well they might fit into our team-oriented environment and align with our objectives and values.
Steve demonstrates a strong sense of passion, dedication, and loyalty as a valued member of our staff.
