TMS Protection Believe that well-paid staff feel valued, perform better and will go the extra mile to ensure they do the best possible job; Each member of our team works hard at all times because of this they deserve to be paid fairly.
The Living Wage is calculated using actual living costs, and unlike the minimum wage, it’s entirely voluntary. It is a testament to TMS Protection’s commitment to our people that we decided to pay the living wage.
As a business, we’re in good company ITV Google and IKEA have all opted to pay their staff the Living Wage.
